We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team and lead marketing efforts at Station Mall.

Role Impact:

The Marketing Coordinator assists in defining and building the marketing efforts of the Station Mall. This individual helps with curating our marketing vision, engaging with public and community relations, and creating targeted advertisements, social media, and events. Reporting to the General Manager, primary responsibilities for this role include and are not limited to the coordination of site activities to increase traffic and merchant sales for Station Mall.

What you will deliver:

•     Setting objectives and formulating marketing strategies and tactics for marketing the centre;

•     Preparing and managing the marketing budget;

•     Planning & executing a communication strategy and cost-efficient advertising & promotion programs;

•     Assist with developing sponsorship proposals for potential partners;

•     Implement a public relations plan designed to reinforce the centre with its public and community it serves;

•     Co-ordinate & interact at community & site events;

•     Liaise with merchants and vendors on marketing programs;

•     Set annual & quarterly goals for social media platform, as well as a full marketing strategy;

•     Maintain website & establish social media strategy;

•     Handle general day-to-day marketing inquiries and concerns from tenants and maintain tenant information database;

•     Present a positive and professional image of the mall, understanding this individual represents the brand;

•     All other aspects related to marketing and other duties as assigned, assisting with other functions of the property management office as required

•     Strong written and verbal communications skills, including email etiquette;

•     Mature and self-motivated team player;

•     Ability to exercise confidentiality;

•     Proficiency with MS Office;

•     Superior organization, project management, prioritization, and time-management skills to meet deadlines (ability to work under pressure and achieve quality results)

What you need to succeed:

•     University degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field;

•     Adept Computer Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office;

•     Experience in the industry, with client/agency relationship, and event/marketing management is an asset;

•     Knowledge of graphic design is an asset;
