SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator assists in defining and building the marketing efforts of the property management (PM) services of Centrecorp Management Services Limited. S/he helps with public relations, advertisements, graphic design, competitive research, research papers, the company database, tenant follow-up and events. This position will help with advertising and promotional material, communication strategy, competitor analysis, market research, sourcing and all other aspects related to marketing.

JOB DUTIES
• Assist with the setup of regional promotions to help drive success
• Assist with advertising and promotional material, communication strategy, competitor analysis, market research, sales analysis, product management, product development, sourcing and all other aspects related to marketing
• Create website content and implement new marketing programs, including direct mail, corporate sales, Internet marketing, conventions, workshops, advertisements, sales tools and other initiatives
• Assist with developing sponsorship proposals for potential partners
• Prioritize and schedule workload to ensure timely completion
• Prepare marketing materials for marketing events
• Maintain working schedules and engagement calendars of management
• Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for signature of executive team for format, content, grammar, and spelling; make edits as necessary
• Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research upon request
• Coordinate and work closely with local and international suppliers / vendors and internally with leasing and PM team
• Present a positive and professional image of the local PM office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions
• Other duties, as assigned, assisting with other functions of the PM office as required

QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Strong technology skills (MS Office, InDesign, Google Analytics) coupled with e-design skills (Canva, SquareSpace, Buffer, Ease.ly etc.)
• A minimum of 2+years of experience in marketing, communications, social media and design, with proven experience track record of success in high-growth and fast-paced environment
• Strong copy and graphic design skills and the ability to create original content coupled with strong working knowledge of marketing principles
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Self-starter / self-initiative and resourceful to deliver expertise in marketing & communications due to desire to succeed and ambition;
• Highly analytical, strong written and verbal communication
• Extremely well organized with the ability to effectively multi-task and calmly handle large workload, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Proven team player who is both flexible and highly adaptable
