Station Mall Gift Cards are available in denominations from $10 up to $500 and are presented in a gift card holder and envelope. Our gift cards are redeemable at most stores, services and eating establishments at Station Mall.*
You can purchase Station Mall Gift Cards only at our Customer Service Kiosk. The kiosk is located right by the Food Court, with Security, and is open all mall hours for your convenience.
We accept cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard for the purchase of gift cards.

Q. Where can I purchase Station Mall gift cards?
A. Gift Cards can be purchased at the Customer Service Kiosk. We are located right by the Food Court, with Security, and are open mall hours.
Q. Are the gift cards interchangeable? Can they be used at any stores outside of Station Mall?
A. Station Mall gift cards can only be used at stores in Station Mall that accept the gift card.
Q. Are there service fees or additional taxes applied at the time of purchasing a card?
A. No. There are no fees or taxes applied to the purchase of Station Mall gift cards.
Q. Does the card expire?
A. No. The gift cards do not expire.
Q. Are there any account maintenance fees associated with the card?
A. If there is a balance remaining on the card beginning 16 months from the Activation Date, a fee of $2.50 will be deducted each month.
Q. Can I replace a lost card?
A. Yes. Please keep the gift card activation receipt or give it with the gift card. If you have the activation receipt, we can help you replace the card at the Customer Service Kiosk.
Q. How do I keep track of my gift card balance?
A. You can check the balance of your card online, in person or by telephone.
Online, you can visit www.GetMyBalance.com to see what balance remains on your card.
In person, we can check your card balance at the Customer Service Kiosk.
By phone, please call the card balance number on the back of the card – 1-800-755-8608. You can also phone Station Mall Customer Service at 705-946-7239. Please have your card ready.
When using your gift card at a Station Mall merchant, they may be able to tell you the remaining balance on your card, after a purchase, or it may display on your sales receipt.
Q. What if I want to return merchandise purchased on the card?
A. You must adhere to each store’s return policy. Return polices vary between stores, so we recommend you ask the store directly if you are considering making a return.
Q. Can purchases be made above the card value?
A. At the store’s discretion, the cardholder may combine the use of the gift card with another acceptable form of payment. Be sure to inform the cashier prior to making a transaction.
Q. Are the cards reloadable?
A. No, a Station mall gift card cannot be reloaded with additional dollars. However, you can always purchase a new gift card with no card fees or taxes at the time of purchase.
Q. Are the cards refundable?
A. Gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
